TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
- Purpose: These general conditions apply to the sale or supply of products and services contracted by professionals to the company UNIKA COLLECTION (MASTER SOFAS S.L.) in CALLE SEGADORES 54, 13170 MIGUELTURRA, CIUDAD REAL, SPAIN, or any of its constituents.
- Orders: Our general conditions of sale shall apply to all our orders. The place of fulfilment is deemed to be the registered office of the company UNIKA COLLECTION (MASTER SOFAS S.L.) at CALLE SEGADORES 54, 13170 MIGUELTURRA, CIUDAD REAL, SPAIN. This information will be displayed on our website and on each order confirmation. The customer accepts without reservation our conditions of sale and waives any application of the customer's conditions of purchase.
Orders can be transmitted through the agent, our website or by email to [email protected].
- Shipping cost: Europe Zone 1: Orders over 1.500,00 € will be carriage paid (Incoterms CIP destination) to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Czech Republic, France, Holland, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, United Kingdom and Slovenia. Orders between 500,00 € and 1.499,00 € will participate in the shipping costs with 10% of the invoice total. Orders under 500.00 € will add 75 € as shipping cost. Europe Zone 2: Orders over 2.000,00 € will be carriage paid (Incoterms CIP destination) to Ireland, Norway, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Finland, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Serbia, Sweden and Switzerland* (*Add 52,00 € per shipment as export SAD. Customs clearance at destination is at customer's expense, Incoterms DAP place of destination). Orders between 500,00 € and 1.999,00 € will participate in the shipping costs with 20% of the invoice total. Orders under 500,00 € will add 99,00 € as shipping cost.
- Delivery times: Please note that the carrier is not obliged to deliver the goods inside the store. The goods are considered to be delivered to the recipient's outside door according to the address indicated on the shipping documents. We recommend that you add a contact person and telephone number.
- Our price list: You can also download your own price list for professional clients from our website (My Account area). Please note that prices are subject to change without notice and will be updated directly on our website.
- Payment terms: All orders must be paid by bank transfer as stated in the proforma invoice sent by us, unless different terms are previously agreed.
- Force majeure: The effect of suspending our contractual obligations due to fortuitous causes or force majeure, such as total or partial strikes that prevent the proper functioning of our company, suppliers, subcontractors or carriers, as well as the interruption of transportation, energy supply, materials or spare parts.
- Reservation of title: Our company reserves ownership of the goods sold until full payment of the invoice. A deferred check does not guarantee payment until the due date is effective and the euro amount has been deposited in our bank account. If the goods are not paid for by the customer on the agreed date, the goods may be withdrawn immediately, and transportation costs shall be borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for the goods as soon as he has received them at their final destination. The customer undertakes to ensure that the goods are well packaged and covered by insurance to cover the risks of loss, theft and destruction.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE:
- Carriage Paid Conditions: Please check each package upon receipt of the goods. If you notice any anomaly (e.g. damage to the packaging), you must write it immediately on the delivery bill of lading and always indicate "reservation before unpacking" on this document. After this, you will have a period of 5 (five) days from the date of delivery to check and report it to us.
- Carriage Paid Conditions: The complaint must be sent by e-mail to [email protected] with a copy to the agent, indicating reference, quantity and reason for the complaint, and always attaching photos showing the defects.
- Freight collect conditions: UNIKA COLLECTION is not responsible for claims for shipping damage in freight collect shipments (Ex factory, Exworks or similar). Returns must be in the original packaging and items must be unused and unassembled. The dimensions, colors and textures of our products may have slight variations between the photos in our catalog and reality. In the case of products made with natural materials and/or by artisanal methods, we cannot guarantee accuracy between two products of identical references (e.g. marble).
- Warranty clause: The warranty is strictly limited to the replacement of products affected by hidden defects or poor quality, excluding any compensation.

Order between 500,00€ and 1.999,00€ will participate in the shipping cost with a 20% of the total invoice. Orders less than 500,00€ will add 99,00€ as per transport cost.
- Terms of deliveryPlease notice that the carrier do not have the obligation to deliver goods inside the store. The merchandise is considered as delivered at the consignee outside door as per the address shown in the shipping documents. We advise you to add a contact person and a phone number.
- Our rate: You can also download your own professional customer pricelist from our website (My Account area). Please note that prices can be amend without notice and they will be updated directly on our website.
- Conditions of settlementAll orders must be paid by swift transfer as settle in proforma invoice sent by us, unless different conditions previously agreed.
- Force majeure: The effect of suspending our contractual obligations due to fortuitous or force majeure such as: total or partial strikes preventing the good running of our company, suppliers, subcontractors or transporters as well as the interruption of transport, the supply of energy, materials or spare parts.
- Reserves as a propertyOur company reserves the ownership of the goods sold until the full payment of the invoice. A deferred check does not guarantee payment until the expiration date is made effective and the euro amount settled in the check is due in our bank account. If the merchandise is not paid by the customer at the agree date, the merchandise can be withdrawn immediately, and transport costs will be paid by the customer. The customer is responsible for the goods as soon as he has received them in its final destination. Client undertakes to ensure that goods are well packed and covered by an insurance guaranteeing the risks of loss, theft and destruction..
AFTER-SALES SERVICE:
- Carriage paid conditions: Please check each parcel when receiving the goods. If you notice any anomaly (ex: shock on packaging) you must immediately write it on the delivery transport bill of lading and systematically indicate "reserve before unpacking" on this document. After this, you will have a period of 5 (five) days from the date of delivery to verify and communicate it to us.
- Carriage paid conditions: The claim must be sent by e-mail to [email protected] with copy to the agent, indicating reference, quantity and reason for the complaint and always attaching photos showing defects.
- Carriage forward conditions: UNIKA COLLECTION can't transport insurance is not responsible for Transport damages claims for expeditions in carriage forward conditions (Ex-Factory , Exworks or similar)
- Returns must be made in the original packaging and items should not be used or have been assembled.
- The dimensions, colors and textures of our products may have slight variation between our catalogue's photos and the reality. In case of products made with natural materials and/or by artisanal methods we cannot guarantee the accuracy between two products of identical references. (Ex: marble)
